Booking Terms & Conditions


Booking Terms & Conditions to be read in conjunction with our Further Q's & A's: 


Upon completion of the Booking Enquiry Form*, we will contact you once we can allocate two pamper hosts for your chosen dates/times.

We then ask you to pay the relevant booking fee via our secure online payment system.

Payment of your deposit, it will signify to us that you have read and accept our T&C's and further Q&A's and are happy to proceed. 

*Our hosts are required to transport an amundance amount of equipment and therefore require the party venue to be at ground floor level with car parking immediently outside. We reserve the right to reject your booking or charge an additonal fee if the party venue is in a high rise building. All car parking costs are payable by the customer.

You booking deposit fee is taken to secure your date, time, pamper hosts and any hire equipment. We cannot provisionally reserve dates without a booking deposit fee

Upon  booking, a welcome email will be sent to you confirming your booking together with your E-Party invitation, consent form and next steps.

We will confirm the remainder of the balance before the party. You can settle the balance online by debit or credit card in advance of the party or you can pay in cash to the lead host on the day upon set up.

Additional clients and any purchases via our cheeky little add ons menu are payable in advance in full and are non-refundable.

Our early bird offer applies if your booking is made 6 months in advance of your party date and includes a choice from either 4oz popcorn machine with popcorn & cones or spa flavour pinata or drinks fountain or mini party bags.


Cancellations by you:

We will provide you with a 100% refund for extra guest who cannot attend. We ask for as much notice as possible.  

You will forfeit your deposit for cancellation of a party package on your part. We understand the children can become unexpectedly ill. If the lead child becomes ill and as a result you need to cancel the booking at the last minute, we shall use our discretion and give you an alternative party date within 4 weeks IF there is a slot available. If we agree to transfer your booking to an alternative date within 4 weeks, you will forefit 40% of your booking fee.


Cancellations by us:

If our pamper host(s) is unable to perform her full engagement due to sickness, injury or any other unforeseen eventuality then TotallyPamper.me will use all reasonable endeavours to fulfil its obligation by providing an alternative freelance Pamper Host. In the unlikely event should any part of the engagement not be fulfilled in its entirety, TotallyPamper.me will deduct on a pro-rata basis the cost of the unfulfilled portion of the engagement.



We reserve the right to change our terms and shall issue you with a notice via email/whatsapp should any changes apply to any issues connected to your booking pre or post service.


All complaints must be made in writing to the Head Franchise owner Sam Lopez at franchise@totallypamper.me Please ensure your issue has not already been covered in our Further Q's & A's otherwise we cannot entertain your complaint.
